I have the pleasure of working with Mr. Iszard at his BAY foundation and I was able to witness his commitment and dedication in providing services at a very high level. Mr. Iszard understanding of community resources for families and individuals demonstrates that he is person that understands what’s needed and what available. It’s my pleasure to have work with Mr. Iszard in being the change that is committed to be a positive light in the city of Philadelphia Pennsylvania.

I truly appreciate the opportunity to network and work closely with Clarence Iszard ( Adults Youths ( D.B.A. – BAY LLC) , at his workshops, trainings, and tabling events.  All the events I attended , have been a huge success for the communities. It’s so great to see Clarence and other people who enjoy being together in a field that can be very challenging, but have positive and healthy outcomes, with people like Clarence being a huge part of  the positive outcomes. Mr Clarence is a reliable and dependable person with a strong presence. As my mentor he is highly motivating. He is supportive and encouraging. He creates an atmosphere of cultural inclusion no matter the setting. He is very knowledgeable on a plethora of topics and enjoys sharing that knowledge with others as well as learning. He is extremely creative and has a heart of gold. Learning from him has been not only enlightening it has been a pleasure.

I have known Mr. Clarence Iszard professionally and personally for about 10 years. He has always presented himself in excellence!  He is a man of integrity who has a great love for the communities he serves. He does not hesitate to go out of his way to ensure that the communities he serves are equipped with the resources, education, and tools to better serve themselves.
